I'm a keen runner since starting Couch to 5k in 2017 and haven't looked back. It's been an enormous benefit to my physical and mental wellbeing the last few years and I just wish I'd started that journey earlier!

Gaming, films and photography have all been a big part of my life, but quite honestly have taken a back seat since my love of running has taken over!
